Greetings dear ones, dear friends, for that is what we all are. This is Ashtar, and I come to thank you. You have all worked diligently. We work together; though you who are in form and we are relatively formless, we work as one. So much has been achieved.
It is a time when there is a delicate balance between the events that are taking place in and around your planet and the events that are taking place in and around yourselves. There is a convergence of effort and this convergence brings great strength to the efforts that you yourselves make and the efforts that your planet is making in a common direction. It is becoming distinctly a matter of your perception, and your experiences are the means by which you are honing that perception.
To continue our work, we are beginning to infuse you with new vibrations of light as has been agreed by yourselves, by the Command and by the Higher Intelligence of which you are a part. These new vibrations of intelligence are bringing you an increased and more refined alertness. The reason is that you would begin to realise the parts of your lives and your activities which are based in the Matrix of Fear – that of limitation, control – and that you would also begin to become more clearly aware of the aspects which are based in the New Matrix of Love and fluidity.
Divine perception is a state of mind. The manner in which you have perceived your world has been determined by a set of beliefs based in your sciences, your cultures, your religions, your education, all of which are derived from a human mind in a state of great atrophy. It is time to reverse that atrophy. Realise now that how it is that you have seen your world and how it is that you have seen yourselves is based on that relatively microscopic view from a mind in atrophy which is tortured by limitation, by ignorance, by misperception. It begins to believe that its torture is real. It begins to believe that its torture is all that is possible and that it is where it’s potential lives – torn between what is expansive and what is limiting; between what is diminutive and what is great. There are always these contrasts within your world but as we have said, it is a matter of your perception. We urge you to remember that one spark of greatness, when it is perceived and when it is energised, is capable of displacing a remarkable amount of negativity, of cruelty, of limitation, of darkness in your world.
So we come to infuse you with this light. We come to infuse you so that your perceptions shall change and your alertness shall bring you the perception, the understanding, the recognition of the great and wondrous elements that are beginning to flood your world; the forces with which you can work to undo what has been done by the minds of limitation.
There is nothing that is irreversible. There is not a phenomenon in your world of experience that is not in fluidity. It is only the rigidity of belief and perception that makes it anything other than fluid potential. A rigid reality is its result.
It is imperative now that you begin to synchronise with your world and that your heart becomes one with hers. The work has been done dear ones and you have done it. And as you come to realise the steps that you yourselves have taken in this course of action, in this course of great transformation, it shall become further empowered the realisation; it shall become more expansive, more meaningful for you.
We speak to you in your embodied selves but also we speak to you in your higher selves for there we are one in your perception and in ours. There we are unified in a purpose and it is that purpose that holds the powerfulness. It is a purpose of great changement. There is an aspect of it that is experimental, that is spontaneous in all realms for it is unknown, it is not planned. Nonetheless, the strength is in its intent. The purpose, the power is there. You are enacting the steps spontaneously which bring the changes to pass. We come to massage these vibrations into your own fields.
We thank you for all that you have achieved. For in union, the you who you see yourselves to be, the you that you do not see yourselves to be, and we who you do not perceive have together achieved greatly. The momentum is so great now that it is irreversible, and it is there to enable your hearts to sing with the songs of amusement, of wondrousness, of light. For the light is displacing the darkness and it is as much your doing. The structures of thinking are becoming displaced by the fluidity of thinking.
The structures of attitude are becoming dissolved by the fluidity of attitude and you are alert to your world and see it changing. And as you become alert to yourselves and see yourselves changing, you shall realise that your beliefs and attitudes are pertinent only to this moment whereas the next moment is vastly different.
You have believed that your moments are connected but they are not. Treat each as uniqueness. Treat each moment as an entire universe of new potential – each and every moment, although it seems in your world that you see it as a continuity. Allow this thought to infuse your mind. It is more to dislodge the rigidity at this time than it is to place new beliefs to flourish.
Attitude is the structure of mind and that is what is required to change at this time. Thoughts and beliefs are the product. When your intention is to infuse greater light, to command that light and to expose your world to that light through your uniqueness, then so it comes to pass that your mind becomes released from your bonds, from the traps that you have placed for yourself, from the matrix that was fear. And so does you mind race and extend self into potentiality that is far beyond your consideration at this time.
That is what is required – open your hearts to the unknown. We call you to this. We come in love. We bring you love for you are not yet prepared to bring it to yourselves, though that is changing. When you are prepared to bring love unconditionally to yourselves, so shall you become able to bring it to your brothers and sisters in embodiment; so shall you all become prepared to bring it to your planet and so shall you emerge into a potentiality of which you cannot yet dream.
Begin to accept that your entire world is the product of minds in atrophy. Allow it to decay and allow it to become replaced by minds that are enlightened – your minds. As you become one with divine, so does it become one with you. But you must allow it in; you must open your mind. As you will offer your mind in openness, so it shall be filled and gently, piece by piece the greater image, the higher perspective, the divine intelligence shall be seen to be your own.
It is not a perspective that is superior but it is simply more expansive in terms of rising; it is a higher perspective and therefore it covers a greater ground. As it covers a greater ground, so does it put the ground upon which you stand in a different perspective; so also it is at work in structures of belief and perception so that your means of perceiving becomes put in perspective and you discover a new means of perceiving; not determining what you perceive but the manner in which you perceive. You are capable of this.
You are all worthy proponents of light and though you have not seen what you have achieved, you would not believe it of yourselves at this time. Nevertheless, I come to thank you for so it is that we move on as you move forward. So it is that the veils of limitation move forward so that you might move into new potentiality. We are in unison. As you expand, so do your boundaries. And we have achieved greatly. We ourselves who you perceive in light at this time have already achieved what we came to do. We are now moving into new ground ourselves. Yes you may perceive it that we are a step ahead but nonetheless we are upon this journey together. There is great trust placed in Divine Plan and inevitably it comes to pass. The rate at which is comes to pass is determined by your own resistance, just as it is by your own complacency. Your ability to move forward is governed greatly also by the energy that you invest in your own emotionality.
Your cyclic and negative emotionality, your thoughts and doubts and guilts? these are what are bleeding the energy of expansion and enlightenment for you. That is why we come to change your perceptions for through the filter of those elements you become lost. But when you are able to perceive differently, so then do you see outside the filter; you see the same things but the filter is no longer obscuring the truth of your experiences and the phenomena that make up your life and your world. Here we come in service.
