Greetings, dear ones. This is Ashtar. The Galactic Command has achieved its aims. However, it is useful, informative for us to remain in your neighbourhood in order to learn this integration and this ascension which you all undertake.
You are becoming a part of a greater community. This is the reclamation of your function, your role, in a galactic sense. You are a micro-galactic community. Your fundamental awareness of this is vital if you are to reclaim your place and your authority in this community of which you are a part. As you begin to embrace the idea yourselves of your world being a part of a neighbourhood or a community of worlds, then it will have a greatly beneficial effect on the way you handle your own world. Many of the issues in your world will be seen in their true context.
Much of what concerns you all is truly a minor, even trivial aberration in the patterning of the community. The community observes you, watches you. It cares for you all. It waits so that you might take your rightful places within it to contribute and to receive contributions. This is the nature of the greater community. Your Earth is in readiness. The reconstruction and the re-establishment of the energetics of your planet means now that your Earth is able to make changes — vast, unimaginable changes — without destroying herself. And that is what she now undertakes. This had not been practical previously for her.
For you to maintain consciousness now requires a complete perception. It also requires your own perception of your Earth to become complete. It is the incompleteness which has led you to an imbalance. As the human mind expands in these times it enables you to view your Earth differently, to bring into context not only what is happening but also what has been happening over vast periods of time preceding this. And so, you see, great changes, transformations are possible in order to achieve a newness of which you are all a part. It had not been possible previously… through shear energetics and a disconnectedness of your own Earth and each part from another. But she is now in union and prepares for changes, prepares for adjustment and readjustment. It is a gift because in her efforts, she also paves the way for you all to exist in a higher vibrational reality whilst maintaining a presence with her. It is the relinquishment of what was in order for you to realize and engage your limitlessness, your ability to create a world with a living foundation of love, of harmony, of balance.
The purpose is for you to grow into your next phase, and one of the most potent methods you may use to continue your growth into your next phase is your ability and willingness to invest the entirety of your heart in everything you do, whether it is for apparent purpose or to achieve apparent ends, whether it is for amusement or play… it matters not. But to invest your entire heart in it will bring you this capability to grow and learn, to re-establish your world as a part of a greater micro-galactic community.
We have served in reconstructing the dynamics of the energy of your Earth. We also serve now in an endeavour to integrate the dynamics of the human consciousness with the energetics of the Earth so that you would stay as one. If you persist in dominating your Earth then you will find that you are unable to stay, but if you are willing to treat your Earth with equality, recognising that her needs are as great as your own, then you will find yourself retaining her partnership, her proximity.
She is no longer able to nourish the humanity if the humanity persists in its fear-motivated greed and stripping of her resources, damaging her flesh, her body. But if the humanity is willing to reconstruct its attitudes to equality then you have a friend in her for an eternity, not just as a passing acquaintance. The rest of your community, surrounding worlds, observe you simply to see at what rate and to what extent you are prepared to make such changes as I have mentioned. That is their interest for they cannot welcome you with open arms into their community until you have found your own way. As a species the humanity has proven that it has not been willing to listen, to open its minds to the truth of the situation, and so it must find its own way now. You see, it will bring unnecessary disruption and damage to the community for the humanity to knowingly become a part of it at this time, considering the present state of the human mind. And so adjustments are required and that is why they watch, watching the adjustments. But rest assured, the very instant that you have achieved a heightened perspective and a perspective and a will for a responsible equality, then the doors of the Councils are open to you and you will be a part.
You have a wondrous potential as a species. To realize it requires a reunion with your Earth. It is in readiness and its capability is now in place. It is now for the humanity to construct its manner and capability. This is Ashtar. We step back.
