Maitreya hrough Alexandria Walsh-Roberts - 1 October 2000 - Bangalore, India.
Your commitment to be present upon your Earth does not mean that you are losing your connection with your unlimited self, beloved ones. You are strengthening this connection; you are supporting this connection by acknowledging it, by allowing it, and by nurturing and supporting the calls from your very heart centre. It is very simple.
The conversation with your heart is not complicated. You would not serve to confuse yourself, you would serve yourself in simplicity, harmony and compassion. All that is required, beloved ones, is indeed to acknowledge the call. And these calls are becoming louder and louder. The loud noise of your surroundings, which once dominated your world, is becoming calmed as you become a unity, a humanity unified; embracing individual expression, yet also in unity. And you enable this unity with yourself and with your humanity through your heart and through listening to it. You are merely shifting your perception, beloved ones.
You have indeed lived lifetimes when the external dominated the internal. It is no longer the case; it is no longer the case. It is no longer the case. You are learning to appreciate yourselves through your heart-centred voice. And through this voice, beloved ones, you will indeed learn to appreciate others as you share the same path, as you embody that path.
Do not seek complication, beloved ones; it is not required. Give yourself the greatest gift: simplicity. Do not divert your attention to the past nor hanker after the future and the knowledge of it. Instead, allow yourself to focus that flame of empowerment within your heart, within your Now. There is sufficient learning for all within each moment. It is within the moment where simple and pure expansion of the self may be achieved. Do not seek to struggle, beloved ones; do not think you must make it hard for yourselves for it to register, for it to make a difference. This is no longer the case; it was never the case. However, in your perceptions you have believed that this simplicity was indeed a struggle. But now you are capable indeed of loving yourselves to the degree that the simplicity is flowful, smooth; is easy.
Allow yourself the ease; forgive yourself the misunderstanding. Forgive yourself the struggles. Move forth in simplicity and ease. It is yours by divine right. It is so.
It is I, the Maitreya, who address you as you address yourselves in equality and in mastery. We are many, you are many; we are one.
